Chad is the founder and CEO of Brock Realty Advisors. Since 2010 he has grown Brock Realty Advisors into a full service commercial brokerage, development and management company through assisting the client base with the disposition of strategic assets, the acquisition of institutional and quality investments across all market segments, and syndication of multi-tiered commercial developments. Chad has participated in investment and sale transactions totaling over $200M and the development and value add repositioning of over 1 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties during his 15 year career. Over the course of his work he has sold over 66,000 acres of land and negotiated lease transactions on over 1 million square feet of commercial property, assisting private and institutional investors, Fortune 500 companies and small businesses across central California.

Prior to her real estate focus, Amanda was in charge of special events and other executive duties at the famous Pebble Beach Golf Course in Monterey, California.
Amanda is a graduate from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo's School of Agriculture, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Event Planning. Amanda has two children with her husband Chad and resides in Bakersfield, CA.
